Pottery West is a Sheffield-based ceramics studio founded by husband-and-wife duo Catherine and Matt West. What began as an evening pottery class in 2013 quickly turned into a full-time calling.
With backgrounds in design and fine art, they dedicated years to honing their craft - eventually leaving their jobs to focus solely on ceramics. Now a small team of three, they produce hand-thrown tableware for customers worldwide, blending tradition, experimentation, and a deep-rooted love for clay that runs through Matt’s family history.
