RETURNS POLICY


We hope you love your purchase from The Hive, but if for any reason you're not completely happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase inside the return package.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Made to order or custom items (unless they are faulty or damaged).
  • Gift Vouchers.
  • Perishable goods.

HOW TO RETURN

For UK Returns:

  • Email us at hello@foundatthehive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.
  • Post your item back using a tracked service – we recommend this to ensure it arrives safely.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For International Returns:

  • Email us at hello@foundatthehive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the return is safe and verifiable.
  • Please declare the return item as a "Return" when filling out the customs declaration form to avoid any customs charges. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

EXCHANGES
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We take great care in packing your orders, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@foundatthehive.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to put it right.
